What a Week!

I am sitting here today and my mind is going in so many directions. I think I will just share what has been happening this week:
Sunday I sat down at 10:30 pm to write a blog post when the electricity went out. It went off, immediately back on, then off again. Needless to say that's not good for a computer system. My husband promptly reminded me we just bought a gallon of organic milk. He was hoping the electricity would come back on soon to save the food we had in the fridge. I didn't have any information on what the electricity problem was but I heard the nearby firehouse sirens and the whole neighborhood was dark. Good thing the mini flashlight my mother bought me for Christmas was close. The power came back on a couple of hours later. All was fine but it was too late to write my post.
Monday morning I fixed the computer issues the power outage created. Immediately after that the electricity went out again! I was wondering when I would be able to get a blog post done. Luckily, one did get written that day.
My latest trouble happened yesterday. I started having trouble following blogs through Google Friend Connect. I also could not manage the blogs I follow when in my Blogger dashboard. Something has gone seriously wacky and I keep getting an error message. I could not and cannot find any information about this specific error code. It's been driving me nuts. In the end, I had to follow all of the blogs I was following before through another Google Friend Connect account (since I was no longer showing up as a follower on other sites). It took me hours to do so.
Even though I've had some personal drama going on this week, it is still small organic potatoes. I should relax a little, enjoy life, and find a way to help others having a truly difficult time. I think a great way to do that is to purchase organic items from companies donating a portion of their proceeds to the Haiti relief effort like SproutBaby.com. If anyone knows of any other natural/organic companies similarly donating a portion of their proceeds please feel free to share here. Thanks!

Why is it that these things always happen in 3's?
I am glad all is better now.
Happy Friday!!

That happened to us too- the power. It went out, came on, went out, came on and then went out for a few hours!!
So annoying. Its the little stresses that sometimes get you the worst.
Glad you got your post written!!

This is the first time in a week that I have sat down to read, comment, and hopefully write a post... I understand your pain!
