I'd describe the Organic Love Buzz Coffee as full-bodied yet not overpowering. I like to drink it for my morning cup of coffee. The Organic Mind, Body & Soul Coffee is
smooth with a bit of sweetness. This is perfect for my afternoon cup. I used the coffee pairing instruction card to taste the coffee and chocolate together and gather my thoughts. I found that I enjoy the Love Buzz coffee with the Milk Chocolate Bar and the Mind, Body & Soul coffee with the Panama Extra Dark Chocolate Bar.
The Organic Milk Chocolate Bar contains 38% cacao with a hint of hazelnut. If you're into sweet chocolate you'll appreciate this bar. If you are into dark chocolate you will adore the Panama Extra Dark Chocolate Bar. It contains 80% cacao. Usually, I don't enjoy chocolate with more than 70% cacao but this dark chocolate bar is different. It's not overpowered with bitterness. I savored it bite by bite like I would with any other chocolate under 80%. I was pleasantly surprised. Since I care for both milk and dark chocolate I find both of these bars delightful. It doesn't hurt that this chocolate is USDA Certified Organic either. Now you know I love that!
