Tropical Traditions Organic Teeth Cleaner Review & Giveaway (***CLOSED***)

I'd been having trouble finding a natural toothpaste. I spent hours trying to find toothpaste that had safer ingredients and was coming up with nothing. Even when I did find something decent it came in an aluminum tube. I'm really trying to avoid aluminum when possible so that didn't make the search any easier. When I found out that Tropical Traditions had an Organic Teeth Cleaner I had to check it out.

People living in the tropics where coconuts grow have used coconut oil to clean their teeth long before modern toothpastes were developed. Tropical Traditions has developed a new Teeth Cleaner based on our popular organic Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil as the main ingredient. This 100% natural cleaner for your teeth contains no fluoride and no foaming agents such as SLS. Along with organic Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil, we have added other natural ingredients to clean your teeth naturally.
I tried the Mint Teeth Cleaner. The ingredients are purified water, organic virgin coconut oil, baking soda, xanthum gum, wildcrafted myrrh powder, stevia, and organic essential oils of peppermint and spearmint. I like how their formula does not contain any SLS or artificial flavors and colors. Also, the bottle it comes in is #2 HDPE (same plastic used for milk jugs) so no aluminum!
It took me a little while to get used to the Teeth Cleaner since it does not contain any foaming agents, but after a few days it really grew on me. It also doesn't have an overpowering mint flavor like traditional toothpaste. I appreciate that because sometimes artificial mint flavoring is just too much for me. I do make sure to shake the Teeth Cleaner before each use though because when I didn't I wasn't receiving enough mint flavor. So that's a tip when using this product.
Overall, I really like the Teeth Cleaner. It cleans my teeth well so I'm choosing to use it over traditional toothpastes. It's a product I can feel better about using!

I would love to try the Organic Liquid Soaps. They are just made from saponified organic virgin coconut oil and nothing else except the scented have essentail oils. Amazing!
