Wordless Wednesday: Edible Flowers

I have never heard of edible flowers before I found them in the grocery store over the weekend. I took this photo quickly (reason it is so blurry) so I could find out more. I am very intrigued. I'm not sure what can be done with them besides putting them on cakes. Is there another way to prepare them?

i've heard of them but have never used them so I'm not much help in wondering where else to use them except desserts. Probably salads too.

Rose & Strawberry jam is delicious! All you have to do is google 'edible flower recipes' and you'll find hundreds of edible uses!
