I don't use toner as I find that cold water does the trick anyway, but since I switched my makeup remover and the new one just doesn't remove mascara that well, I've had to use coconut oil to get it off - and I hate to use a big towel just to get that done. What I do is make sure to rinse the oil and makeup out some before tossing in the wash. I love the colors. This is perfect for me because I mainly use cotton rounds.
